Skyline Roofing operates as a service coordination and referral platform. Our role is to connect customers with independent, third-party roofing contractors who provide roofing, repair, installation, and related exterior services.

Our Role

Skyline Roofing does not directly perform roofing, construction, repair, or installation work. All services arranged through Skyline Roofing are carried out by independent subcontractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of Skyline Roofing.

Contractor Responsibility

Each subcontractor is solely responsible for:

• The quality and completion of workmanship

• Compliance with all applicable laws, building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Holding all required licenses, permits, certifications, and inspections where applicable

• Carrying their own liability insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, and any other required insurance

• Any damages, defects, delays, injuries, or losses arising from their work or conduct

Skyline Roofing does not supervise, control, or direct the methods, techniques, or manner in which subcontractors perform their work.

Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, requesting estimates, or proceeding with work arranged through Skyline Roofing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Skyline Roofing is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, property damage, leaks, structural issues, delays, or disputes arising from work performed by subcontractors

• Any claims, warranty concerns, disputes, or issues regarding the work must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the service

• Skyline Roofing does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, pricing, material availability, or workmanship

• Skyline Roofing is not responsible for hidden damage, pre-existing conditions, weather-related delays, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during a project

No Warranties

Skyline Roofing makes no express or implied warranties regarding services provided by subcontractors, including but not limited to warranties of workmanship, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or project completion within a specified timeframe.

Any manufacturer warranties for roofing materials or products are provided solely by the manufacturer.

Customer Acknowledgement

By booking, approving, or proceeding with services arranged through Skyline Roofing, you confirm that you understand and accept that Skyline Roofing’s role is limited to coordination and referral services only, and that all responsibility and liability for the work performed rests solely with the independent contractor providing the services.
